Lube Technician | Drive Family First

We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and team-focused Lube Technician to join our service department. Experience is welcome but not required-if you're eager to learn, we'll provide the training.
Pay
$16.90 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities
  • Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and basic maintenance
  • Inspect and top off vehicle fluids
  • Check and adjust tire pressure
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Communicate with parts and service teams to support workflow
  • Safely operate tools and shop equipment
  • Assist with diagnostics and repairs as skills develop
  • Follow factory and dealership procedures and documentation
Qualifications
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the automotive field
  • Basic mechanical aptitude (experience a plus)
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Dependable, punctual, and coachable
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
