Entry-Level Quick Lube Technician

Tech School & Auto Shop Graduates Welcome

We’re currently seeking entry-level Quick Lube Technicians! An ideal opportunity for recent high school auto shop graduates or technical school graduates ready to start a long-term career in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities
  • Perform oil changes and filter replacements

  • Check, top off, and replace vehicle fluids

  • Inspect and adjust tire pressure

  • Conduct basic vehicle inspections

  • Use diagnostic tools and service equipment

  • Communicate parts needs with the Parts Department

  • Maintain a clean, organized work area

  • Follow dealership and manufacturer standards

  • Communicate vehicle needs with Service Advisors

  • Perform work in accordance with manufacturer warranty guidelines

Qualifications
  • Recent auto shop or tech school graduates encouraged to apply

  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn

  • Basic automotive knowledge preferred

  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with diagnostic tools

  • Positive, customer-focused attitude

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
