Job description

Job Overview
Our programs are held at various elementary schools, MondayFriday between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This is a part-time position where coaches typically teach one class per day (about one hour), with the possibility of an extra 30 minutes of pre-care. These sessions focus on creating a fun and energetic environment for younger and beginner-level children.
The pay ranges from $50$65 per session, and all equipment is provided by us.
Responsibilities
  • Teach classes for students ages 510 using provided lesson plans.
  • Manage class size (816 students) and maintain a positive environment.
  • Attend a 2-day training or shadowing session before starting.
  • Equipment (provided by the company). (Coach should have reliable transportation)
  • Take attendance, manage student sign-ins, and interact with parents/school staff.
  • Capture a few class photos for documentation.

Requirements:

  • Must be 19+ years old upon application
  • Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in-person work.
  • Experience in sports you are applying, coaching, or working with kids is preferred but not required
  • Enjoys working with children in a positive and active setting
  • Flexible, reliable, and punctual
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check before starting work
  • Must complete sending photo and short biography to upload in our website and introduce your experience in sports.
Work Type: Part-time (25 hours per week) Pay: $50$65 per session
Programs are offered at multiple schools across the Bay Area. Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in-person work.
We do have openings for After School Tennis, Pickleball, Volleyball, Dance, Yoga and Basketball.
