Job description

BBA Afterschool Inc. is hiring enthusiastic and dependable After-School Soccer Instructors to lead fun, engaging soccer programs for elementary-aged students in Springfield and surrounding Fairfax County schools.

If you enjoy coaching, mentoring, and helping children develop their soccer skills while building confidence and teamwork, we#39;d love to hear from you. Whether you#39;re an experienced coach, former player, teacher, college student, or simply passionate about working with kids, this is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in your community.

Position Details

  • Part-time, after-school position

  • Monday through Friday

  • Between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM

  • 1.5-hour sessions

  • $37.50 per session ($25 per hour)

  • No weekends

  • No lesson planning required

  • Curriculum and equipment provided

  • Reliable transportation to schools throughout Springfield and Fairfax County

  • Dependable and punctual

  • Must successfully complete the required school district background check and fingerprinting process
