Job description

Progressive Roofing is seeking a skilled Equipment Mechanic with experience in maintaining and repairing small equipment and engines. This position plays a key role in supporting both our regular maintenance operations and our specialty projects, which include welding, painting, spray equipment (Graco), and custom fabrication.

What Were Looking For

Were in search of an energetic, self-motivated, and reliable individual with:

  • Strong working knowledge of small engine/equipment repair and preventative maintenance

  • Basic computer skills

  • A flexible attitude and the ability to adapt to various tasks and responsibilities

Preferred Experience
  • At least 1 year of relevant mechanic experience preferred
Work Schedule

  • MondayFriday, with occasional Saturdays

  • Exact work hours to be discussed during the interview

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair small engines and various equipment

  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections

  • Assist with specialty projects including welding, fabrication, and spray equipment
