Their portfolio includes high-rise office towers, healthcare institutions, university campuses, warehouses, parking decks, data centers, and other technically demanding concrete structures. As part of their ongoing expansion, they are currently hiring a Project Engineer to join their growing team.
This entry-level position provides immersive training and mentorship, laying the groundwork for a successful career in concrete construction. Most Project Engineers earn promotions within their first year.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with managers and mentors to understand project scope, timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Contribute to the development of work plans and execution strategies; track progress and adapt based on performance and feedback.
- Monitor daily safety practices, quality assurance, and execution of assigned tasks.
- Gain hands-on field experience by participating in daily planning and construction operations.
- Provide support to both field and office teams, with responsibilities that may include:
- Estimating and quantity take-offs
- Field engineering (line and grade)
- Formwork for walls and columns
- Structural slab preparation and forming
- Slab-on-grade and slab-on-metal-deck setup
- Concrete placement and finishing
- Loadouts, inspections, and production tracking
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Concrete Industry Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline required by start date; equivalent military or work experience will be considered.
- Strong ambition to advance within the construction industry.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather and rugged site conditions.
- Capable of lifting 50+lbs and working at heights, including multi-story structures.
- Dependable transportation and punctuality for job site reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive, hands-on approach.
