Screen Printer (1st Shift) – Full Time
About the role — Technomark is seeking a Screen Printer to set up and run automatic screen printing presses and a cylinder press. You’ll troubleshoot print issues and make adjustments to maintain quality, registration, color, and production speed while following safety and quality guidelines.
Schedule: 1st Shift, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
Job Type: Full-time employee
Experience: 0-1 year (screen printing)
Education: High school diploma/GED
Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hour
Work Location: On-site 
Responsibilities 
  • Receive production orders and job assignments; verify quantities, tolerances, color sequence, and substrate requirements. 
  • Gather substrates, screens, inks, squeegees, and supplies needed to run the job. 
  • Set up presses according to job requirements, safety standards, and company procedures. 
  • Print proof sheets to confirm setup, registration, ink viscosity, and color. 
  • Run production while maintaining target speed and making adjustments to sustain print quality, registration, and color. 
  • Troubleshoot printing issues and solve problems to minimize downtime and scrap.  

Qualifications 
  • High school diploma or GED required. 
  • 0-1 years of related screen-printing experience and/or training. 
  • Strong judgment of color, design, registration, and print quality. 
  • Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions. 
  • Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals).  

Work environment & physical requirements This role regularly requires standing, walking, using hands, reaching, talking, and hearing. Occasional sitting, stooping, kneeling, or crouching may be required. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Work includes exposure to fumes and solvents.
