Production Support/SRE
Location: Plano, TX ( 3 days onsite 2 days remote)
Look for nearby Candidates (Only W2)
Top 3 MUST HAVE SKILLS - Splunk, Dynatrace, AWS
Will be troubleshooting, mitigate issues, etc - Looking for advanced production support person
Splunk, Dynatrace, AWS are the core
  • Looking for at least 2-3 years experience as an SRE in cloud based environment
  • Restarting/deleting pod, restart web app, etc - MUST be very well versed with AWS applications
  • Splunk or Dynatrace, servers, databases, distributed batch jobs and supporting sustained resiliency, disaster recovery and high availability events)
  • Working knowledge of Distributed and Mainframe applications and Middleware Platform
  • Good Knowledge of Incident and Problem Management functions (i.e. responding to service requests from Client-facing support team, Operations, Risk/Control partners, etc.)
  • Scripting is not as big of a deal here since it's all cloud based
