Salary: $25-30 Hourly

Mitigation Crew Chief Water - Signing Bonus

$25$30 per hour | Dallas, TX

Position Overview

We are hiring an experienced Mitigation Crew Chief to lead water and fire restoration projects in the

Dallas market. This is a field leadership position responsible for running jobs from start to finish, leading

technicians, communicating directly with homeowners and adjusters, and actively performing mitigation

work alongside your crew.

Key Responsibilities

Lead water, fire, and mold mitigation projects from start to completion

Perform and supervise demolition, drying, moisture mapping, and equipment setup

Communicate clearly with homeowners and insurance adjusters

Document jobs thoroughly (photos, notes, moisture readings)

Ensure safety compliance and quality control on every project

Manage 12 technicians per job

Maintain vehicles, tools, and drying equipment

This role is approximately 60% field production work and 40% customer communication and

documentation.

Qualifications

IICRC certification (WRT and ASD preferred)

Proven experience leading a mitigation crew or serving as senior technician

Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawlspaces, and active job sites

Valid drivers license

Strong communication and leadership skills

This is not an entry-level position. Restoration experience is required.
