Job Summary
We're looking to fill multiple manufacturing and CNC professionals for temp-to-hire opportunities in Arlington, TX. Openings range from entry-level machine operation to experienced CNC setup and programming positions.

These roles support fastener and steel manufacturing operations and involve operating, setting up, or monitoring production equipment. Candidates with experience in CNC machining, metalworking, threading, forging, saw operation, precision measurement, or general manufacturing are encouraged to apply.

1st Shift | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
  • CNC Setup Machinist — $25.00+/hr: Set up and program CNC lathe machines. Pay negotiable based on experience.
  • Roll Thread Operator — $17.50/hr: Set up and adjust dies, gears, and pressure mechanisms; feed material and monitor thread-rolling operations.
  • Rebar Saw Operator — $18.00/hr: Operate heavy-duty saw and shearing equipment to cut reinforcing steel to required specifications.
2nd Shift | 2:30 PM–11:15 PM
  • CNC Setup Machinist — $25.00+/hr: Set up and program CNC lathe machines. Pay negotiable based on experience.
  • CNC Operator — $21.00+/hr: Operate and monitor CNC lathe equipment and maintain production requirements. Pay negotiable based on experience.
  • Hot Forge Operator — $18.00/hr: Operate hot-forging production equipment and use calipers and tape measures to verify dimensions.
