Job Description:
Flagpoles Etc. is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Industrial Sewing Specialist to join our team. This position focuses on sewing, repairing, and finishing flags with accuracy and care.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, can follow production instructions, and works well in a hands-on environment. Experience with industrial sewing machines is preferred, but strong sewing experience and a willingness to learn may also be considered.
Responsibilities:
  •  Sew, repair, and finish flag products 
  •  Operate industrial sewing equipment safely and efficiently 
  •  Inspect materials and completed products for quality and accuracy 
  •  Measure, cut, hem, stitch, and reinforce products as needed 
  •  Maintain a clean and organized work area 
  •  Follow production schedules and instructions 
  •  Assist with other light production tasks as needed 
Qualifications:
  •  Sewing experience required; industrial sewing experience preferred 
  •  Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work 
  •  Ability to follow directions and work independently 
  •  Reliable attendance and dependable work habits 
  •  Ability to stand for periods of time and perform light physical work 
  •  Experience in manufacturing, textile work, upholstery, canvas work, or alterations is a plus 
Schedule:
