Sales Associate Job Description:
As a Junior Sales Representative at RAD Marketing Representative, you will work closely with the sales team to generate leads, build customer relationships, and close deals. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic about sales, eager to learn, and driven to achieve targets. You will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to help you grow in your role and advance within the company.

Sales Associate Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through face-to-face interactions with potential customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Present and promote products/services to prospective customers.
  • Assist with the development and execution of sales strategies to meet team goals.
  • Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
