Are you an organized professional who enjoys working with people while keeping business operations running smoothly? We're looking for a Entry level Customer Service / Recruiter to join our growing team in Waukesha. This hybrid role combines full-cycle recruitment with office administration, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.


What You'll Do

As a Recruiter, you'll play a key role in supporting both our hiring efforts and day-to-day office operations. Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing candidates through onboarding
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Schedule and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate interview calendars and communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process
  • Prepare offer letters and complete new hire onboarding paperwork
  • Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors professionally
  • Maintain office organization, supplies, and administrative documentation
  • Assist leadership with reports, scheduling, and other administrative projects
  • Ensure confidential information is handled with professionalism and discretion

  • Previous experience in recruiting, human resources, administration, or office management preferred
