Job description

Bertera Nissan is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Entry Level Service Advisor & Customer Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their service needs, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that all vehicles are serviced in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

    • reet customers and assist them with scheduling appointments for service

    • ommunicate with customers to gather information about their vehicle's service needs
  • P
    • rovide estimates for service costs and recommend additional services as needed
  • C
    • oordinate with the service department to ensure that work is completed on time
  • F
    • ollow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the service provided

    • andle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner

    • aintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up to date on industry trends and developments

    Qualifications:

    • igh school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred

    • revious customer service experience preferred

    • trong communication and interpersonal skills

    • bility to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

    • xcellent organizational and time management skills
