Dumpster Delivery & Septic Truck Driver

Job Type: Full-Time
Position: Dumpster Delivery / Septic Truck Driver

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and safety-minded CDL driver to join our team. This position will be responsible for delivering and picking up dumpsters, operating a septic service truck, and providing professional service to residential and commercial customers.

The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable working independently, has a clean driving record, and takes pride in maintaining equipment and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate dumpster delivery trucks and septic service trucks.
  • Deliver, place, exchange, and pick up dumpsters at residential and commercial locations.
  • Operate septic pumping equipment and safely service septic tanks and systems.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Secure and transport dumpsters and equipment safely and properly.
  • Follow all DOT, OSHA, company, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate delivery, pickup, and service records.
  • Communicate professionally with customers regarding deliveries and service.
  • Maintain clean and organized trucks and equipment.
  • Report vehicle, equipment, or safety issues promptly.
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Perform other duties related to dumpster delivery, septic service, and general company operations as needed.

Qualifications

  • Valid CDL Class A or Class B driver's license, depending on company equipment and requirements.
  • Clean and safe driving record.
  • Previous experience operating dump trucks, roll-off trucks, septic trucks, or similar equipment preferred.
  • Septic pumping experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Ability to safely operate hydraulic equipment and truck-mounted systems.
  • Ability to lift, bend, climb, and perform physical work throughout the day.
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
  • Good communication and customer-service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a daily route.
  • Must be willing to follow all company safety procedures.
