Job description

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
• These functions will involve all U.S. entities as relative and necessary.
• Prepare month end journal entries and other accounting duties to ensure an accurate and valid close.
• Reconcile Bank Accounts monthly or as necessary.
• Prepare and submit reporting packages internally and externally as required (local, Parent reporting, Bank Reporting, etc).
• Manage / coordinate “Flying Cash” functionality including management and reconciliation of the Bank Transitory accounts.
• Analyze ledger-based activity to identify necessary adjusting entries to ensure appropriate intercompany balances.
• Manage and Coordinate the Duty Drawback program with internal and external partners.
• Assist with special projects upon request.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
• Assist in other general accounting duties and internal / external audits as needed.
• Assist other co-workers and help as needed in accounts receivable and accounts payable. Also assist with the training of new employee.
