Seasonal Production Support – Seasonal – First Shift – $13.00/hr


Location: Tullytown, Pennsylvania
Employment Type: Seasonal / Temporary
Pay: $13.00 per hour


SEKO Dosing Systems Corp. is hiring Seasonal Production Support team members for our production facility in Tullytown, PA. This is a great summer opportunity for students and individuals seeking temporary work experience in a manufacturing environment. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply — paid training is provided.


This is a first shift, Monday–Friday position. No overtime will be provided.


Position Summary

The Summer Production Support role assists with light production, packaging, inspection, labeling, and general support functions within the manufacturing and warehouse areas. This position does not involve heavy machinery operation and is designed for light-duty production support activities.


Key Responsibilities


• Assemble cardboard inserts and packaging materials
• Apply labels to products and cabinet doors
• Perform visual quality inspections
• Box and package completed products
• Assist with organizing production materials
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all safety and production procedures
• Support production and warehouse teams as needed


Work Schedule


Monday–Friday
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM


• Two paid 15-minute breaks
• 30-minute unpaid lunch


Compensation


• $13.00 per hour
• Seasonal / temporary position
• No benefits offered


Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Work permit required for applicants under 18
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand movements
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and transportation required
• No manufacturing experience required

Future Opportunities


Successful seasonal employees who demonstrate strong attendance, reliability, and performance may be considered for future full-time employment opportunities upon turning 18 and no longer being enrolled as a full-time student. Full-time positions may include eligibility for company benefits and additional career growth opportunities.


Work Environment & Safety Requirements


Clean light manufacturing and warehouse environment with mild temperature variations. Steel-toe or composite-toe boots are required. Appropriate warehouse attire is required. All employees must follow company safety rules, policies, and procedures at all times.
