JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Job Title: Security Officer
  • Environment: Mall / Retail Outlets 
  • Location: Saugus, MA
  • Pay: $17.77/hour
  • Requirements: Must possess valid driver's license

 
 

GENERAL JOB DUTIES

  • Provide professional customer service to a client-facing site.
  • Heavy foot traffic location - looking for officer engagement and responsiveness with employees / customers 
  • Interior Patrols, on foot to inspect building and grounds.
  • Exterior Patrols, in company vehicle. 
  • High level of observation skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, clients, and management.
  • Observe, report, and prepare logs/reports on incidents or suspicious activity.
  • Respond to emergency situations following procedures established for the site.
