Primary Responsibilities:

Leadership amp; Team Development

  • Uphold and actively reinforce The Rocket Guest Service Expectation Model by ensuring that all team members consistently drive an exceptional guest experience. This includes greeting guests warmly by name, guiding them through the carwash process, and introducing new members to our offerings, all while maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere that fosters personalized service and connection.
  • Be a Rocket Carwash expert; consistently serving as a role model to teammates by achieving goals and maintaining our customers as the primary focus.
  • Utilize highly energetic and proactive measures to lead fellow team members in daily tasks, duties, and problem-solving to achieve goals.
  • In collaboration with leadership, work alongside the team to provide daily guidance, motivation, and training.
  • Represent the brand with the utmost integrity.
  • Establish supportive and productive relationships with team members.
  • Seek out feedback and proactively engage in opportunities for career development.
  • Lead all aspects of the carwash when the General Manager amp; Assistant Manager are not working.
  • Relay customer inquiries and issues to management while assisting in quick and timely resolutions.

Operations amp; Safety

  • Maintain awareness and compliance with all safety regulations and policies.
  • Proactively identify and report potential hazards or issues to leadership, working together to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Supervise and execute opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure all daily and weekly operational checklists are completed thoroughly and on time, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency across the site.
  • Oversee cash and security management.
  • Regularly review and provide feedback on processes and procedures.
  • Uphold the dress and grooming standards, ensuring both your own appearance and that of the entire team reflects a clean and professional presentation.
  • May be asked to perform basic to intermediate-level maintenance tasks.
  • May be asked to perform basic to intermediate-level technology tasks.

Compensation

  • This position is Full-Time, starting at $17.00 per hour based on experience + competitive sales-based earnings amp; performance-driven bonus structure!
