Own the customer's experience end-to-end.
Oltre Castings & Design manufactures premium cast stone fireplace surrounds, mantels, and architectural concrete for luxury homes across the country. When a homeowner, builder, or designer orders a custom piece, you are their single point of contact one person who knows their project from day one and stays with it through installation and after. No scripts, no call queue. Your name on the whole experience.

What You'll Do
First point of contact for customers phone, email, and showroom walk-ins
Qualify new leads: gather project details, photos, and measurements right the first time
Keep customers informed from order through delivery: production status, timelines, freight tracking
Own post-sale support: install questions, warranty, claims, and sample fulfillment
Process dealer and wholesale orders as our trade program grows

First 90 days: you'll master our lead intake and follow-up flow, then take ownership of full customer project files.

What We're Looking For
Reliable and punctual that's #1
2+ years in a customer-facing role where details had to be right: front office, banking, medical or dental, insurance, construction or design admin, custom orders
Strong writer; comfortable on the phone for extended stretches
Manages multiple projects in parallel without dropping balls
Comfortable with web-based tools CRM, e-commerce, freight and shipping portals
A plus: home-industry, design, or custom-product background; Spanish or Russian

This is not an entry-level support role. You'll carry customers through high-value custom projects typical orders run thousands of dollars and six weeks from order to delivery. If you've done detail-critical customer work and want ownership instead of a script, apply.
