About the Role

We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Hair Assistant who's serious about building a career behind the chair. You'll work side-by-side with experienced stylists, gaining real-world, hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-end salon environment.

What You'll Do

• Assist stylists with blowouts, color applications, treatments, and daily services
• Shampoo, condition, and prep clients for services
• Greet clients and create a welcoming, elevated experience from the moment they walk in
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation
• Sanitize tools and uphold salon hygiene standards
• Support front desk operations including scheduling and client flow
• Learn-constantly-by observing, assisting, and refining your technique

What We're Looking For

• Active California Cosmetology License (required)
• 1-2 years in a salon assistant role (preferred, but not a dealbreaker if you've got hustle)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
