Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative in our Sales & Marketing Dept. who will partner with us and ensure the long-term success of our customers. You will be responsible for building lasting relationships within your assigned territory, working with key decision-makers. You will coordinate between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the successful and timely delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
Responsibilities
• Customer interaction to promote products and services through Sales, Marketing, and Public Relations.
• Master product knowledge and technical understanding of products and services to effectively assess client needs and requirements.
• Maintain professional standards in sales and customer relationships while effectively managing a team.
• Direct customers through onboarding after purchase of the product and encourage the strategic adoption of the product(s) by improving customer experience, creating optimal use behaviors and accelerating customer time to value.
• Conduct distribution, marketing and program management on a regular basis.
• Succeed in our management training program from Entry Level to Senior Management.
• Navigate external competitive dynamics and efficiently counter challenges to retaining customers or attracting new customers.
• Own all issues, troubleshooting, client campaign requests, media planning, and key implementations.
• Build client relationships through service excellence and balance their campaign needs with your proactive approach.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience working in a customer service or sales apacity preferred.
• Prior success in achievement working independently and/or team sales quota/goals.
• Demonstrated ability to excellently communicate with customers in a fast-paced
• environment while developing positive customer relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written).
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability with proven success to manage multiple priorities effectively.
