Job description:
This individual will interface directly with the Inside Sales Manager, Product Manager, Regional Sales Managers, customers and Nidec offshore to resolve issues; initiate, track and manage forecasts, orders & sample requests; and coordinate matters directly involving customers within territory and distribution.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Support Regional Sales Managers and Applications Engineers in managing sales priorities and achieving sales goals
  • Order entry, billing, customer forecast/planning management
  • Monitor and track all shipments to ensure timely delivery and receipt.
  • Verify shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.
  • Maintain accurate shipment records in the system and generate regular status reports
  • Monitoring and timely resolution of overdue invoices
  • Setting up new customers in SAP / Salesforce
  • Daily and monthly sales reporting

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant 4+ year work experience
  • Strong business system and application experience particularly with SAP and Excel. Knowledge of Google sheets and Microsoft Suite.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and process
  • Comfortable working individually and collaborating with other functional teams
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and propose practical solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, logical thinking, and accountability
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel as required to support business operations
