Job description

Sales Representative — Athletes Wanted ENTRY-LEVEL SALES ONSITE INDIANAPOLIS, IN

Trained to compete. Ready to win — just in a new arena.

Let's be upfront: this role has nothing to do with the sports industry. It's an entry-level, onsite, face-to-face sales role — but the athlete mentality is exactly what makes someone great at it, and that's who we're looking for.

No previous sales experience is required. This is an entry-level Sales Representative position with full sales training provided.

An athletic background teaches you things that translate directly here: how to handle setbacks without losing momentum, how to take direction from a coach and improve fast, how to perform when it counts, and how to keep pushing even when the scoreboard isn't in your favour. Sales works the same way — every conversation is a rep, every "no" is feedback, and the people who succeed show up the next day with the same energy they'd bring to training.

You don't need any sales experience. What you need is that athlete mentality — competitiveness, resilience, strong communication skills, and the drive to keep improving. We'll provide full training in sales, customer engagement, and the sales process.

A typical day:
  • Morning team briefing to review sales targets and strategy for the day
  • Head out to your onsite sales location and represent the brand or client directly to the public
  • Hold conversations, engage with customers, handle objections, and close sales throughout the day
  • Track results against your personal and team sales targets
  • End-of-day debrief — reviewing performance like a post-match review, focused on what to sharpen next
What we're looking for:
  • An athletic background — team or individual sport, any level, amateur to serious
  • Resilient, coachable, and driven by sales targets and self-improvement
  • Comfortable talking to people and handling rejection without losing energy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ambitious and genuinely keen to build a career in sales
  • Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
  • No previous sales experience required
  • Available to work onsite in Indianapolis, IN
Earnings: 700–800 per week

If you've trained and competed before, you already know how to win. Let's put that to work.
