Job Description
The primary responsibility of this position is to prepare quotations and provide technical support. Duties include daily assistance with Customer Service and expediting problematic orders.
Responsibilities
  • RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Oversees the receipt, entering and expediting of all customer quotes.
    • Handles customer inquiries including but not limited to product, pricing.
    • Communicate opportunities, discuss customer issues and work with Outside Sales and Inside Sales in developing customer account planning.
    • Support all sales personnel.
    • Anticipates and is ready to initiate action on customer satisfaction with resolution.
    • The ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
    • Work with Customer Service to coordinate sales efforts
    • Assures phones are staffed at all times.
    • Actively participates with team members to achieve company goals.
    • Other duties and/or projects as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications
  • QUALIFICATIONS/CHARACTERISTICS
    • Minimum 1+ years work experience, preferred technology background
    • Strong technical proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Access)
    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
    • Good oral/written communications.
    • Ability to make decisions and work without close supervision.
    • Ability to work under pressure.
    • Should be a self-starter with good organizational skills and be flexible.
