Sales Development Representative (Part-Time)
Compensation: Starting at $20/hour + commission
Hours: 20โ€“35 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
Location: Belgrade, MT (office-based travel to local neighborhoods)

Position Summary
As a Sales Development Representative, your primary responsibility is to generate leads for our sales team by offering local homeowners a free, no-obligation quote for our lawn care services. This is a door-to-door outreach position focused solely on lead generation, no direct selling involved. Our team meets daily at the Belgrade office and travels together to assigned neighborhoods in a company vehicle. This role is an ideal fit for individuals interested in marketing, sales, or business who want to gain hands-on experience and grow within a successful organization. High performers will have the opportunity to advance to full-time positions.
