We’re hiring for a rapidly growing healthcare organization known for delivering exceptional Medicare guidance and support to seniors. Located in downtown Chicago, this team-driven, in-office environment offers the opportunity to build a rewarding sales career while helping individuals make important healthcare decisions.

This entry-level Sales Specialist role will equip you with the tools and resources to succeed. All training courses and required insurance licensing are provided and fully paid for! If you’re ready to take your career to the next level with uncapped earning potential, we’d love to talk with you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle live, pre-screened inbound calls and assist consumers in selecting and enrolling in Medicare health insurance plans
  • Make outbound calls to revisit and review Medicare options with consumers
  • Provide expert guidance on health insurance offerings and plan selection
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting monthly sales goals
  • Stay informed on Medicare regulations and comply with all Federal CMS and state standards
