Overview: We are seeking a Construction Safety Manager with entry level experience with construction safety and a willingness to learn safety management practices. This role is ideal for someone with significant construction experience who is looking to transition into a safety-focused position. The Construction Safety Manager will work closely with our safety team to implement and maintain safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a culture of safety on our construction sites. Training will be provided at the company's cost.

Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize your construction experience and training to identify potential safety hazards and risks on construction sites.
  2. Collaborate with the safety team to develop and implement safety policies and procedures tailored to the construction industry.
  3. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to assess site conditions and recommend corrective actions.
  4. Assist in providing safety training and education programs for construction personnel.
  5. Participate in accident investigations to identify root causes and implement preventative measures.
