Job description

Serves as a principal expert for the National Airspace System Operations Manager for the Miami ARTCC Service Operations Center.All duties of an ATSS are tied to maintaining safe and efficient operating capacity of the vast and complex network of electronics systems required for the world's largest air traffic control and navigation system. ATSS personnel install, evaluate, maintain, modify and certify facilities, services and equipment that support the National Airspace System (NAS).

Qualifications:

To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess specialized experience at the next lower level pay band of FV-I/Level IV, or the equivalent of an FG/GS-13. Specialized Experience is: Experience providing technical expertise and certification on CFAD/CRAD and ECVEX.

In addition to meeting the qualifications above, candidates MUST also address the "Demonstrated Abilities" listed in this announcement.
