SERVICE ADVISORS (SERVICE WRITERS) - Our SERVICE ADVISORS are the key connection between our customers and service department. $30k+ BONUS AND COMMISSIONS (Average is around $70k-$85k) 

As a Service Advisor, you'll help customers throughout the repair and maintenance process, communicate with technicians, provide updates, and ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience. The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and building relationships while providing outstanding service.

RV TECHNICIANS - Experienced Technicians can earn $30-$40+ Flat Rate Hour based on experience and certifications.

Blue Compass RV is looking for motivated technicians who enjoy diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining RVs while working in a team-oriented environment.

Whether you're an experienced RV Technician, Automotive Technician, Diesel Technician, Marine Technician, Heavy Equipment Technician, or someone with strong mechanical aptitude, we want to talk with you.
