Entry Level Sales Representative

Full-Time | Field Sales | Paid Training | Performance-Based Earnings | Career Growth

Are you ready to hit the ground running and build a rewarding career in sales? Combined Insurance Company of America, a Chubb company with more than 100 years of experience, is seeking energetic and driven individuals to join our team as Entry Level Sales Representatives.

Combined Insurance has built a strong reputation by helping individuals, families, and businesses prepare for life's unexpected events through supplemental accident, health, disability, and life insurance solutions. Our mission is to provide customers with valuable financial protection while helping our sales professionals build rewarding, long-term careers through training, mentorship, and professional development.

This is your chance to be at the forefront of customer engagement, representing our supplemental insurance products directly to prospective clients. You'll be empowered to manage the entire sales process-from introducing our solutions to helping customers enroll in coverage that fits their needs. If you thrive on personal interaction, enjoy helping others, and are motivated by performance-based earnings, this role is for you.

Role Overview

As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective customers, responsible for the complete sales journey. You'll identify customer needs, educate individuals and families about supplemental insurance products, recommend appropriate coverage, and guide clients through the enrollment process-all through direct, face-to-face interactions.

This role demands a proactive approach, exceptional communication skills, and the resilience to excel in a dynamic field sales environment while delivering outstanding customer service.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Engage directly with potential customers in their homes, delivering compelling presentations and clearly explaining the value of Combined Insurance's supplemental insurance solutions.
  • Educate individuals and families on products such as Accident, Critical Illness, Disability, Hospital, and Life Insurance designed to help provide additional financial protection.
  • Quickly build rapport and trust with individuals from diverse backgrounds while demonstrating empathy and understanding of their unique needs.
  • Conduct needs-based conversations to identify appropriate coverage options.
  • Effectively handle objections and navigate challenging conversations with confidence and professionalism.
  • Qualify prospects by asking insightful questions and actively listening to customer responses.
  • Guide customers through the enrollment process and complete the entire sales cycle.
  • Maintain a high level of self-discipline and motivation to consistently achieve daily activity and sales goals.
  • Manage your schedule and territory efficiently to maximize customer interactions.
  • Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and compliance requirements to provide knowledgeable guidance.
Compensation

This role offers significant earning potential, with top performers consistently earning between $53,500 and $100,000 annually. Your success is directly tied to your performance, providing a clear path to substantial income growth.

Qualifications
  • Exceptional Face-to-Face Communication: Ability to deliver clear, persuasive presentations, build instant rapport, and confidently answer customer questions.
  • Resilience and Positive Attitude: Ability to remain motivated and professional while overcoming challenges and maintaining a positive outlook.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to understand customer needs and establish trust.
  • Self-Motivation and Discipline: Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and consistently achieve performance goals.
  • Customer-Focused Mindset: Passion for helping individuals and families prepare for unexpected life events through supplemental insurance protection.
  • Comfort with Field Activity: Comfortable meeting customers in person and traveling throughout an assigned territory.
