If you're someone who enjoys hands-on work, minor maintenance, and keeping things running efficiently-this is your chance to shine in an entry-level lease operator role. With opportunities for day and night shifts, you'll play a vital part in supporting our operations while gaining valuable industry experience.
Required Skills:
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform minor maintenance tasks, such as changing packing
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and safely in a field environment
  • Reliable transportation within a 60-mile radius of Denver City
