Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Robot Technician with proficiency in Panasonic programming to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize robotic systems within our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our automated processes, ultimately contributing to the overall productivity and quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program, set up, and operate Panasonic robotic systems to perform various tasks in the production process.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on robotic equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to robotic systems, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new robotic technologies and automation solutions into existing processes.
  • Train and mentor production staff on the proper operation and maintenance of robotic equipment.
  • Document all maintenance activities, including repairs, adjustments, and programming changes, to maintain accurate records.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in robotics technology and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in programming and maintaining Panasonic robotic systems in an industrial setting.
  • Strong understanding of PLCs, HMI interfaces, and other control systems relevant to robotic automation.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
