Job description

Do you enjoy breaking down complex processes and turning them into smarter, more efficient solutions? This role is ideal for someone who's curious, detail-oriented, and excited to see their ideas come to life through technology.
As a Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in driving process improvement and automation across the organization. You'll partner with teams across the business to understand how work gets done today, design better solutions, and help bring those solutions to life.
What You'll Do
  • Partner with business teams to analyze, document, and improve processes from end to end
  • Shadow users, ask the right questions, and map current-state workflows
  • Translate business needs into future-state solutions, including workflows, forms, and system designs
  • Build and implement workflow applications using the Decisions® automation platform*, Robotics Process Automation (RPA), and other automation tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams to design, test, and launch solutions
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and implementation
  • Manage multiple projects while balancing priorities and timelines
  • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences

  • 1-3 years of experience in business process design/improvement or consulting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
  • Experience with SQL - including writing queries, understanding tables, joins, functions, etc.
  • Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio)
  • Basic understanding of software development concepts (data structures, logic, etc.)

*In order to be considered, candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of US based work experience and reside within the market area.
Technical Knowledge & Skills Preferred
  • Exposure to workflow or automation tools (e.g., Decisions, RPA UiPath)
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, or similar
  • Experience supporting testing/UAT
