Be Part of a High-Performing Automation Team

This role sits within an established RPA Community of Service supporting a high-volume Sales vertical with a strong pipeline of planned deliveries and ongoing enhancements. The team is focused on building scalable, well-governed automations that integrate with core enterprise platforms, including SAP. The environment favors hands-on, heads-down developers who enjoy solving real business problems through clean, reliable automation.

This position runs in tandem with an internal full-time hire and plays a key role in accelerating delivery across multiple sales-driven initiatives.

Do You Have the Expertise to Lead in RPA Development?

  • Strong hands-on experience developing automations using UiPath (primary technology)
  • Solid foundation in Robotic Process Automation concepts, design principles, and best practices
  • Proficiency in at least one high-level programming language such as Java or C#
  • Experience automating against enterprise systems such as SAP
  • Familiarity with SDLC practices, including development, testing, deployment, and support
  • Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into efficient, scalable automations
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Java + Selenium in support of automation use cases
  • Exposure to Power Automate / Power Automate Desktop
  • Familiarity with integration formats such as JSON, XML, or EDI
  • RPA certification (UiPath or equivalent)
