What is my role?

This position is a curious and proactive Financial Analyst on a cross-functional finance & inventory team. This entry-level role will focus on P&L analysis, forecasting, and profitability analysis across the business. The ideal candidate is analytical and eager to learn how financial insights support decision-making across sales, operations, and supply chain functions.


What You'll Do

  • Prepare and distribute monthly P&L reporting and variance analyses comparing actual results to budget, forecast, and prior year.
  • Analyze customer sales data to determine monthly journal entry accruals for 2-3 accounts, such as royalty and seller fee payments.
  • Support the annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-range planning processes.
  • Partner with Sales to track cost margins for current and potential customers.
  • Analyze labor, COGS, freight, etc. to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Assist with ad hoc financial analyses, business cases, and special projects.
  • Support reporting automation and continuous improvement of financial planning and reporting processes, including learning and utilizing Power BI tools.


What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, business analytics, or relevant internships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and explain business drivers behind financial results.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
