Job Description

This role supports field operations by performing roustabout, rig up/rig down, and tank build activities in outdoor environments. You will work on construction and oil and gas related projects, using hand and power tools to install, assemble, and service equipment in the field. The position requires regular travel, long shifts, and the ability to work safely in varying weather conditions and at heights.

Responsibilities

  • Perform roustabout duties in the field, including general labor, equipment handling, and support for oil and gas and construction operations.
  • Assist with rig up and rig down activities, ensuring equipment is safely assembled, installed, and disassembled according to procedures.
  • Support tank build projects by assembling, installing, and securing components using appropriate tools and equipment.
  • Operate and assist with telehandler and other construction-related field service equipment as directed.
  • Use hand and power tools to complete field service tasks such as assembly, installation, maintenance, and basic repairs.
  • Work at heights up to approximately 30 feet in the air using a man lift, maintaining strict adherence to fall protection and safety protocols.
  • Travel regularly to field locations, including daily travel to project sites such as Waynesburg, while complying with all travel and site access requirements.
  • Follow work schedules that include rotating swing shifts and a 6 days on, 3 days off pattern, adjusting to project needs as required.

Essential Skills

  • At least 6 months of experience working outdoors, preferably in construction, oil and gas, or field service environments.
  • At least 1 year of experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Experience working in outdoor conditions for 12-hour days, including rotating swing shifts such as 6 days on and 6 days off or similar schedules.
  • Background in roustabout, rig up/rig down, tank build, or closely related field operations.
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly to field locations without restrictions.
  • Ability to work at heights up to approximately 30 feet in a man lift while following safety procedures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with oil and gas field operations, including water, pump, and general field service work.
  • Familiarity with tank build processes and related construction services.
  • Experience operating or assisting with telehandler and similar construction equipment.
  • Prior field service experience supporting construction, oil and gas, or industrial projects.
  • Comfort working in a warehouse setting as a home base while deploying to field locations.
  • Flexible schedule and openness to swing shifts and extended hours based on project needs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
