Entry-Level HVAC / Construction Installer – Tri-R Mechanical Services, Inc.

Location: West Seneca, NY (Buffalo / Southtowns)
Position Overview:
Tri-R Mechanical Services, Inc. is seeking reliable, hard-working entry-level candidates to join our new construction and installation team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in the commercial HVAC and mechanical trades, working alongside experienced technicians on equipment installations, piping, and system startups.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the installation of commercial HVAC equipment, including rooftop units, split systems, and refrigeration systems.
  • Support gas piping, refrigeration piping, and basic electrical installations.
  • Load/unload materials, tools, and equipment for job sites.
  • Assist with demolition and removal of existing equipment.
  • Work at heights using ladders, lifts, and rooftops when required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site.
  • Follow company safety procedures and job site requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Interest in HVAC, mechanical, or construction trades.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude (hand tools, measuring, assembly).
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments.
  • Willingness to work outdoors and on rooftops.
  • Valid driver’s license preferred.
  • OSHA certification preferred but not required.
  • EPA 608 certification a plus but not required.
