These roles are perfect for anyone who wants to learn hands-on skills, work with real machinery, and grow into higher-level positions in CNC, Robotics, Thermoforming, or leadership. No experience? No problem. We’ll train you side-by-side with experienced operators who will show you exactly how to succeed.

What You’ll Do
You’ll work as a Production Finisher I, learning the fundamentals that set you up for growth. Your daily work may include:

  • Loading and unloading CNC, robot, and forming machines during production
  • Learning to operate basic hand tools and a band saw
  • Following work instructions and understanding safety procedures
  • Keeping your work area clean, organized, and efficient
  • Supporting secondary operations and assisting experienced operators
  • Performing additional tasks that help production run smoothly

This role gives you exposure to the full production floor—perfect for someone who wants to discover what they’re good at and where they want to grow.

What We’re Looking For

  • A high school diploma, HSED, GED, or at least six months of manufacturing experience
  • Ability to read, write, and follow basic instructions in English
  • Willingness to learn, work hard, and ask questions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
  • A positive attitude and team mindset
