Job description

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $23.10hr - $24.20hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Requires minimal job knowledge or skills.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions on a screen or monitor involving precise procedures and some schematics or drawings.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment.
  • Comprehend and interpret a variety of technical specifications, terms, and documents.
  • Determine and follow methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on assembly units.
  • Make setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
  • Produce daily number of 50-300 sub-assemblies at one station or multiple stations.
  • Work with hand tools, adhesives, and torque drivers.
  • Operate entry-level robotics.
  • Communicate with contacts within the team to provide or obtain information requiring explanation or interpretation.
  • Follow established processes to complete routine tasks and escalate issues to supervisor for resolution.

Nice to Have:

  • High tech electro-mechanical manufacturing skills experience is a plus.
