We are seeking a motivated and career-driven In-House Recruiter to join our growing team. This role plays a critical part in sourcing, interviewing, and placing top candidates for our client base. Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates using job boards, internal databases, referrals, and social media

  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications

  • Match candidates with roles that align with their skills and career goals

  • Communicate with clients to understand hiring needs and provide suitable candidates

  • Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions in our ATS

Requirements:
