Job description

Radicle Development Center is a hands-on engineering and fabrication partner located in Malvern, PA, supporting customers with precision sheet metal fabrication, laser welding, prototype builds, and complex mechanical assemblies.

We work with startups, advanced hardware companies, and industrial customers who need fast turnaround, high-quality fabrication, and practical engineering support to keep projects moving.

We are looking for a full-time Manufacturing Technician to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to learn advanced fabrication equipment, and is looking to grow in a manufacturing career.

No prior sheet metal experience required — we will train the right person.Responsibilities
  • Deburr, countersink, bead blast, and finish precision sheet metal parts
  • Prepare completed parts for shipment following company packaging standards
  • Use calipers, tape measures, and standard inspection tools for dimensional checks
  • Support CNC laser cutting, turret press, press brake, and robotic laser welding operations
  • Perform mechanical assembly work using hand and power tools
  • Assist machine operators and technicians with material handling and shop support tasks
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Follow quality standards and shop safety procedures
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, fabrication, warehouse, or hands-on technical work is helpful but not required
  • Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Why Join Radicle?
  • Learn advanced fabrication equipment that most shops do not offer
  • Work on real prototype hardware and custom builds, not repetitive production work
  • Small team with direct hands-on training and mentorship
  • Opportunity for rapid growth based on performance
  • Exposure to CNC fabrication, laser welding, assembly, and engineering builds
Compensation & Benefits

Competitive pay based on experience, range: $18–$25/hour

Benefits include medical, dental, prescription coverage, paid holidays, paid vacation, and growth opportunities within a growing fabrication and engineering business.
