Duties and Responsibilities Providing hands‐on patient care within RN license scope (e.g., PICC lines, wound vacs, feeding pumps, NG and J tubes, drains, trach care, blood draws, ostomy care, IV antibiotics/TPN). Direct patient care as defined in the state Nurse Practice Act. Implementing the plan of care initiated by the Case Management RN. Accurate, timely documentation within 24–48 hrs. Self‐directed, critical thinker, strong interpersonal and communication skills, computer literate, basic math skills.
