A hospital in Winchester is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Medical Surgical/Telemetry team. This night shift opportunity offers the chance to care for a diverse adult patient population while working across both GI/Endoscopy and General Medicine units in a dynamic inpatient setting.

Position Overview

The Medical Surgical/Telemetry RN provides comprehensive nursing care to hospitalized patients requiring both medical-surgical treatment and cardiac monitoring. This role includes rotating assignments between GI/Endoscopy and General Medicine units, requiring strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care throughout the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, patient-centered nursing care to adult inpatient populations.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
