Harbor Village is a premier Short‑Term Rehab and Skilled Nursing Facility in New London, CT. We're dedicated to exceptional geriatric care and we're looking for compassionate, reliable RN/LPN Charge Nurses to join our team.
What You'll Do
  • Lead and support CNAs on your unit
  • Deliver high‑quality, resident‑centered nursing care
  • Administer meds and treatments safely
  • Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition
  • Perform skilled procedures (wound care, injections, dressing changes, IV care, etc.)
  • Communicate clearly with residents, families, and the care team
What You Bring
  • ADN required
  • Active CT RN or LPN license
  • 1-2 years LTC/SNF/geriatric experience preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and calm under pressure
  • Compassion, professionalism, and great communication skills
  • PCC experience a plus
