Personal Risk Management Solutions is a boutique personal insurance brokerage focused on the unique needs of successful individuals and families. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Clerical Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing comprehensive support to senior team members and ensuring a high level of customer service and is an integral part of our service team, which is well known for being among the best in the business.

As a Clerical Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks and customer support duties. You will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth office operations and ensuring that senior team members can focus on their core responsibilities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the insurance industry and gain valuable experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Job Specific Responsibilities and Duties:

Administrative Support:

  • Assist senior team members with all administrative duties - prepare and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Maintain organized client filing systems electronically
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including email and packages
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

Customer Support:

  • Assist clients, trusted advisors and vendors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and resolve issues or direct them to appropriate personnel
  • Process billing and other service-related requests
  • Obtain and create client documents from Insurance Company partners
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination and experience educational requirement; and any preferred level of education
  • Previous administrative or customer service experience is a plus but not required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
