Position Overview:
We're excited to offer an entry-level opportunity for a Trucking Account Manager to join our growing, dynamic team! No prior experience in insurance? No problem. We'll provide all the training and support you need to thrive. If you have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, we'll help you grow into a key role servicing trucking insurance policies and supporting our clients. If you do not already have your 4-40, you will be required to obtain your 2-20 prior to start.
This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in the insurance industry while working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn to manage and service a portfolio of trucking insurance accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Assist clients with policy questions, coverage options, and risk management strategies (training provided).
  • Handle policy changes and endorsements with guidance from experienced team members.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and internal teams to ensure the best service for our clients.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and regulations through ongoing training and development.
What We Are Looking For:
  • No prior insurance experience required - we'll teach you everything you need to know!
  • A 4-40 Customer Service Representative Insurance License, or 2-20 General Lines (Property & Casualty) Insurance License. You will be required to obtain your 2-20 license for this position.
  • A desire to learn and grow within the insurance industry.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a team.
  • Basic proficiency with computers (Microsoft Office Suite experience is a plus).
