We construct, renovate, and install nearly every electrical system component related to data center construction, facilities maintenance, electrical systems upgrades, and virtually anything else required to keep facilities running on the cutting edge of efficiency and technology.


Morley Moss, Inc. in Sunnyvale, TX is looking for an Assistant Project Coordinator to join our Virtual Design and Construction Department. 

The Assistant Project Coordinator is involved in the strategy, process, modeling, and coordination of projects being prepared for prefabrication. This person has a basic knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) computer applications and 3D design. The Assistant Project Coordinator maintains contact with the VDC Coordinator and Prefab Shop Leaders. Additionally, the PC Assistant would be able to run a small to mid-size project with senior oversight, ensuring the project aligns with the strategic goals and quality standards of the organization.

The Assistant Project Coordinator reports to the Project Coordinator, who is directly overseen by the Senior VDC Manager.


  • Project Planning assistance: Helping to develop strategies and plans for implementing VDC processes throughout the project lifecycle when needed.
  • Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and conflicts and developing mitigation strategies to address them before they become problems.
  • Project coordinator performance observation: Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of project coordinators and making recommendations for improvements based on lessons learned from previous projects.
  • Ensure Process Standardization: Ensuring the established standardized workflows and protocols are being used.
  • High level personnel management: Project coordinators should be empowered to run their projects autonomously within established parameters, while also having the freedom to execute tasks in their preferred manner. The Senior Project Coordinator assumes the responsibility of guiding Project Coordinators through the processes outlined in departmental standards, with the aim of supporting them in setting and achieving project deliverable milestones, rather than dictating them.
