Assistant Commercial Lines Account Manager

Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

We’re currently looking for an Assistant Commercial Lines Account Manager to support our commercial team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their insurance career who is looking to learn, grow, and advance within a high-performing, collaborative environment.


What You’ll Do
  • Provide prompt, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients and prospects
  • Support Account Managers with day-to-day servicing needs across a commercial book of business
  • Process endorsements, certificates, invoices, and policy changes accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with new and renewal business, including applications, file setup, and proposal preparation
  • Handle billing transactions and process cancellations in accordance with agency procedures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our agency management system
  • Utilize rating tools and internal systems to support quoting and policy servicing
  • Ensure all work is completed with a high level of accuracy to minimize E amp;O exposure
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines and deliver a seamless client experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to expand your insurance knowledge and skills

What We’re Looking For
  • Property amp; Casualty license (or willingness to obtain quickly)
  • Previous insurance experience preferred (internships or entry-level experience considered)
  • CISR designation is a plus
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
