Job Description:
This job is responsible for supporting credit analysts and relationship managers in underwriting and servicing specialized credit products. Key responsibilities include expertise in product functionality and user experience as well as handling more complex inquiries, contributing to product improvement feedback loops, and training initiatives. Job expectations include coaching entry-level product specialists.

Responsible for the day-to-day resolution of complex client-related issues and the management of risks related to treasury accounts and services tied to an Asset Based Lending (ABL) credit facility. Must work closely with Treasury Sales Officers, Client Managers and Credit Officers to ensure the ABL requirements are implemented in the treasury relationship and to approve account structures, services and the opening/closing of accounts.

Must be able to effectively educate both internal partners and external clients regarding the ABL requirements and how their treasury accounts will interface with the loan. Working with business partners in Global Operations, Treasury Fulfillment, Treasury Services, Global Risk Management, Global Credit Operations, and internal and external counsel.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifies markets and participates in the valuation of products
  • Evaluates residual values in product contracts
  • Works with cross functional teams to support product development and execution
  • Prepares financial spreads and risk rating scorecards, as well as drafts of preliminary sections of credit approval memos
  • Coordinates documentation and due diligence for credit transactions
  • Tracks covenants, financial reporting, and compliance items
  • Trains entry-level Product Specialist
  • Ensuring that bank systems (including the Bank of America Business Capital (BABC) loan system have the proper information to facilitate the daily treasury transactions with the ABL Loan
  • Accountable for ensuring all documentation including Deposit Account Control Agreements are correct and in place.
  • Responsible for risk mitigation actions to protect the Bank from loss associated with accounts and treasury services.

Required Qualifications:

  • Expert in BAC treasury systems, services, capabilities and constraints including DDA platforms, Salesforce, OBA, GFS, iCon, etc
  • Knowledge of ABL treasury requirements and BABC procedures
  • Proficient in M365 including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CoPilot, Salesforce
  • 3 years of experience in treasury services and risk mitigation
  • Expertise and knowledge of capabilities and constraints of Bank's treasury management services and corporate DDA platforms,
  • Expertise in ABL treasury requirements and BABC operating procedures for loan servicing
  • Possess strong analytical skills
  • Strong communicator who is able to speak with authority with clients and internal business partners including higher management
  • Must have ability to balance competing priorities and parties with conflicting interests
  • Able to use sound judgment in the face of pressure and time deadlines and moves with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to solve problems effectively and quickly find resolution to issues
