Airswift is looking for a Contract Analyst position to support one of our clients in York, SC
Position Overview
This Contract Analyst opportunity is suited to a detail-focused professional with experience supporting contract administration within a project-driven environment. The Contract Analyst will work closely with contract, procurement and project management teams to help maintain effective contract execution and reporting. This Contract Analyst position offers the chance to contribute to scope, schedule, cost, risk and quality support activities in a structured and fast-paced setting. The Contract Analyst role is ideal for candidates who can manage administrative detail while supporting broader project delivery objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the preparation, administration and management of contracts.
  • Review and process contract requisitions and contract change requests.
  • Assist with contract award activities and contract administration schedules.
  • Monitor contract performance and help maintain contract status reporting for the project team.
  • Verify that invoices align with agreed contract terms and completed work.
  • Create and maintain action logs, presentations and related contract documentation.
  • Support contract, procurement and project managers in managing scope, schedule, cost, risk and quality.
  • Maintain confidentiality of supplier pricing information.
  • Create and monitor approvals relating to contract and change requisitions.
  • Provide support to emergency response activities where required.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience supporting contract preparation, administration and change control activities.
  • Ability to review documentation accurately and manage contract-related records and reporting.
  • Experience working with contract, procurement or project management teams in a structured environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple administrative priorities.
  • Ability to handle commercially sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
